Traditional insurer relies on the software solution for occupational pension schemes co-developed by PTA
As a result of the Act to Strengthen Company Pensions, many companies are once again focusing more on company pension schemes (bAV). This means a lot of work, especially for intermediaries. With the software solution from the IT service provider dWerk, which was co-developed by the PTA, consulting is now almost child’s play. The Bavarian company has also recognised this and decided to cooperate with the IT service provider.
bAV solution simplifies employee consulting
dWerk develops software solutions for brokers, exclusive agencies and multiple agencies. The focus is on company pension schemes. The company pension software now enables brokers to advise even larger companies with several hundred or thousand employees within a very short time. This is achieved via an interactive video player in which the moderator not only guides the user through the topic of occupational pension schemes but also asks the user questions directly. The employee can thus have an individual offer calculated immediately and has the option of concluding a direct digital contract.
In contrast to many other providers in the market, dWerk can thus take over the entire employee consultation process if desired. This simplifies the work of the agent enormously and saves him a lot of time. At the same time, he can be sure that the software and documentation comply with all legal regulations without exception.
PTA welcomes cooperation
The Bavarian company has now also recognised the advantages of the dWerk solution. The traditional insurer has recently started cooperating with dWerk and has thus further optimised its profile with regard to the occupational pension scheme. Together with the software service provider, the insurance company wants to support its agents even better and give them the opportunity to develop new target groups in the occupational pension scheme.
“We are pleased that the response to the solution we helped develop was positive right from the start. However, the cooperation between our customer dWerk and the Bavarian company once again underlines the advantages and benefits that result from the software,” explains Dr. Tim Walleyo, Managing Director of PTA GmbH. “As an IT service provider and consulting company for insurance companies, we want to develop needs-based solutions from which insurers and brokers really benefit in the end. Together with dWerk, we have definitely succeeded in this”.
