Successful PTA seminar:
Networking and exchange of experience for employees
An internal seminar takes place twice a year for all employees of the PTA Group.
Twice a year the PTA Group organises an internal seminar for networking and exchange of experience.
Opportunity for networking and exchange of experience within the PTA Group
The PTA seminar takes place every six months, both in summer and winter. All current and former employees of the PTA Germany, PTA Switzerland and DATIS are invited to a multi-day event in one city. The idea behind it: Due to the decentralised structures of the PTA Group, employees can better exchange information about trends and past projects, network and discuss corporate strategies at the seminar in a selected hotel.
During the workshop, employees usually give presentations. In addition, the usually around 300 participants can inform themselves about the individual departments at stands in the hotel foyer. Occasionally, external speakers also give impulses from outside the company, talking about topics such as innovation management or company health management.
Successful event in November
The last seminar in November 2017 in Mannheim was again a complete success. At this year’s health campaign, an external speaker spoke about work-life balance and the effects of posture on the psyche. In addition, employees had the opportunity to learn more about the topic of health at work in the hotel foyer.
A special highlight, however, was the tribute paid to those celebrating an anniversary, which always takes place at the end of the year. This time, 39 employees who have been with the PTA Group for between 10 and 30 years were honoured with a personal address and a gift.
The next PTA seminar will take place in summer.
