With about 400 employees we are active for our customers at 12 locations.

PTA is a cross-generational family business that is well-prepared for the future through extensive technical and IT competence, constant further development, a high degree of willingness to take responsibility and team-oriented cooperation.

Lived diversity and professional flexibility

PTA employees have many things in common: In our company, personal initiative, motivation, independence and the courage to take responsibility are required.

Helpfulness, combined with a high level of professional competence, are the basis of our company philosophy and ensure that we are valued by our customers.

Each employee contributes with his or her individual skills and qualifications. Academics and practitioners work together hand in hand. Graduates in economics and natural sciences, computer science as well as career changers make the teams versatile.

Every year 5 – 10 % of our employees celebrate round anniversaries (10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 years).
