Development of an anti-corruption layer (ACL) for a new CRM system of an insurer in order to bundle different legacy systems behind it and to enable a uniform access interface for the new CRM system.
The ACL should hide the complexity of various backend systems from the CRM system as completely as possible. Especially with regard to the fact that the ACL is also to be used internationally. PTA GmbH advises here in the conception and structure of the ACL and supports in the creation and implementation of the mapping rules.
Almost no business logic is to be implemented in the ACL. It is primarily a matter of mapping several interfaces to a uniform, public interface that the CRM system can use. However, when mapping the fields, in-depth specialist knowledge is required to map the various connected systems correctly to the CRM interface.
