Application support is provided for an online ordering portal and a standard software module for creating price forward curves (hPFC). Support includes second-level support for users, communication with the development department or the external vendor, as well as active project support for the continual enhancement of the ordering portal.
Different tasks arise during project support for the further development of the purchasing portal. Based on the results of meetings with the Scrum team, user stories for the development team are created, assessed and prioritized.
Functional support for this content is adopted during product responsibility. The software portion of the tasks to be performed must also be documented comprehensively.
