Creating archive databases for field trials in the area of plant management agents, including a job control system developed in-house.

Trial data from the active databases is to be archived at regular intervals in an Oracle database installed on MO drives. The procedures for archiving and retrieving data from the archive are supported by a job control system that was also developed on the basis of the Oracle RDBMS and Oracle tools, as well as with Unix Shell Scripts.

Technical description:

The results of the field trials are subject to long periods of compulsory record-keeping. Furthermore, it must be possible to access the results directly for statistical evaluations.
