Due to legal requirements, the client must put its required IT services out to tender. This involves the support and operation of the entire corporate IT. PTA manages and supports the entire tendering process - from the initial idea to the successful handover from the previous to the new IT service provider.
The PTA guides the client through the tendering process. This includes the definition of the tender objectives, the creation of the service specifications, the support of the actual tender including the bidder discussions and the final transition phase. In addition to project management, PTA also provides support in the preparation of the corresponding service specifications through its many years of experience in the operation of system landscapes. Furthermore, the customer is advised on which services should be defined at all. In the transition phase, PTA provides support, among other things, through its wealth of experience in the operation of Windows- and VMWare-based environments.
With this project, the client commissions a new IT service provider to operate their IT environment according to the defined requirements.
