Imlementing the Clarify Sales modules in a subsidiary of an internationally active diagnostic equipment manufacturer. Implementing these modules requires an analysis of the current sales business processes and modifying these processes. The project also includes structuring an interface to the data warehouse and developing a mobile, PDA-based access option for field staff.
As part of the implementation, the old data is migrated and the interfaces to other systems (e.g. SAP) are revised. The customer's employees are also trained in the new modules.
