Short description:

Consulting for the creation of a web prototype for a central administration of the public employee master data including a corresponding historization.


The central database is maintained by the HR department (name of the employee, career, employee status), the department for data processing (network access and email address) and the department responsible for the employee (telephone number, room number, function of the employee and corresponding department).

Technical description:

The aim is to optimize workflows when hiring new employees and changing employee data, for example when changing departments. The data is entered across departments in the HR department, the data processing department and the employee's department.
