The processes of the customer's central master data application are continuously adapted to keep pace with technological advances in the customer's own and adjacent systems and to meet the various requirements in the energy market.
The customer operates in the roles of metering point operator, supplier and service provider on the German and Austrian energy markets and uses its central master data application for basic data management, job control of processes, customer billing, calculation and processing of electronic messages, among other things. The master data is distributed to adjacent internal and external systems via interfaces. The program is programmed with .NET code and has an SQL database as its basis.
In particular, the following topics are involved in the continuation of the process adjustments: Design and implementation of the budget billing process for Germany and Austria depending on the due date and the target systems, ensuring document generation, archiving and indexing of customer documents, conversion of bank details in accordance with new SAP specifications of the parent company to 4-digit partner bank types for debtors and creditors, continuation of the harmonization of the interface processes for the differently connected SAP systems and process automation for the specialist department through new jobs. The customer's internal IT is supported in the tests and the successive productive implementation and the training of the specialist users is carried out.
