The MaKo-Service system is an in-house development at the customer. It performs the query of values from the metering data system MDM, enriches them and prepares the load profile data, energy quantities and meter reading data in the role of metering point operator for star-shaped dispatch in the market. The MaKo service is being further developed for process disconnections.
At the customer's site, the data required for sending market messages (MSCONS) is held in different systems. The MaKo service uses the data from the central master data application (information about the market partners, the metering points and the meter reading dates) and uses this data to determine the measured values from the connected MDM metering data system. The measured values are made available to the customer's own Biztalk server as load profile data or energy quantities for market locations and as meter reading data for metering locations in Edifact format MSCONS for onward transmission in the market. In addition, the data is forwarded to the internal energy information system. System process control prevents the occurrence of overlapping processes.
The adaptation of the MaKo service addresses the following subtasks: Cross-project control, consideration of the changing requirements for market dispatch with regard to the differentiation of purposes per message recipient at OBIS key figure level, introduction of a system process control to prevent overlapping processes, mapping of energy quantities for the internal energy information system. Other activities to be considered: Automatic consideration of retroactive master data adjustments in the upstream system in the data provision lists, establishment of a monitoring system to ensure timely data dispatch, implementation of the concept after release by the specialist department in the MaKo service, monitoring of the productive implementation of the adjustments in the MaKo service. Workshops are held with the customer's internal IT department and the relevant specialist departments to ensure targeted implementation.
