Short description:

Creation of a requirements definition for an application for calculating bonuses and for creating sales statistics in order to support sales and distribution and the authorized dealers. In the context of the requirements definition, processes were modeled, the screen sequence was developed and IT architecture consulting was provided.


Calculation of bonuses for portfolio dealers in the area of parts and accessories, connected to sales statistics for dealers and sales and distribution.

Technical description:

The master data for dealers and parts with the corresponding grouping criteria and the sales data for the Citroen depots are transferred from SAP. The depot dealers' sales data is imported from disks, validated against the master data and, after a manual check against the external sources, it is released for each depot dealer by the specialist department. After release, the sales-dependent bonus is calculated for each depot dealer and the corresponding self-billing documents for SAP are created. Furthermore, after the sales data is released, the sales statistics are calculated for all dealers, regions and areas, with a comparison to the previous month's values and the national averages for each product group. These statistics are made available as printable files. For special evaluations, the department is given access to the sales data with the corresponding grouping criteria. The discount values for each product group and the percentages for bonuses per product group are maintained using control files.
