PTA supports the customer from the insurance industry with the digitization and automation of business processes. Existing manual processes are defined and automated using the underlying process engine. The main task of the PTA employees is the creation and implementation of web services for the process engine.
A Camunda-based process engine is used for the automated business processes. For process control, the engine uses web services that access different systems.
The business processes depicted include, for example, the automatic handling of online customer services via the customer's website.
