In the course of optimising the cooperation with the specialist partners, a mobile application is being developed in the area of fulfilment or system installation. PTA accompanies the complete project cycle from requirements analysis to technology selection and implementation with subsequent application support. PTA carries out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Model Driven Apps extensions and develops a mobile application based on Microsoft Power Apps. This supports the cooperation with specialist partners from the placing of orders to the commissioning of the plant.
In this project, the sales process, which is completely based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, is extended by a Microsoft Power App. For this, PTA is carrying out both system configurations and development activities for the following components: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for customer order management, Sharepoint online for document management, Power Automate for information flow and automated workflows as well as Power Apps for the integration of the specialist partner/installer.
The project aims to completely digitalise the following process: Order receipt and awarding, planning of the on-site technical appointment and planning validation, installation preparation, installation, installation post-processing and operation. The first release focuses on the products PV system, battery and charging station. A product extension including the illustration of heating products is already being considered.
