A global acting customer has established a software-supported sales-planning process, that includes campaign planning and monitoring. It enables fast and efficient creation, validation and tracking of these campaigns. Based on the ongoing intergation into othe business-critical applications extension and change requests are raised towards interfaces, display and calculation algorithms. PTA acts as full service Provider, including projectmanagement, development, quality assurance as well as business analyis and deployment.
The application is a client-server architecture added by an independent windows service, that is integrated in the customers operational environment. PTA is handling theoverall developement life cycle on its own infrastructure, including work management, source code and test management as well as different staging Systems. While testing is administered and executed with SpiraTeam, all other processes are supported by the use of Team Foundation Server. Quality assurance is also supported by the use of SonarQube for .NET development applying customer defined Quality rules.
The application supports the department in all phases of the sales promotion. In particular, functions for campaign planning, sales promotion planning, sales promotion controlling, regionalization and subsequent analysis of completed sales campaigns are made available. This includes the provision of various reports for the department and the company management.
