Short description:

After completion of the SAP implementation project, PTA also takes over the further development and support of the SAP processes for the customer (sales, materials management, finance and controlling). In doing so, it responds to and supports both acute problems and the development of new processes and functions in SAP.


The customer uses the modules SD, MM, FI and CO in SAP. Due to the dynamic business activities, there are continuously new opportunities to optimize the system as well as to design and implement new processes. In addition, PTA takes over the support in case of occurring problems. This is done by two teams, logistics and finance, which support the customer as needed.

Technical description:

With the SAP system, the customer carries out the rental of construction machinery. The focus is on procurement through route ordering, invoicing through periodic billing plans, time-dependent price calculation and business control of orders.
