The customer with nationwide presence, is introducing a standard merchandise management system in all of its branches in a nationwide rollout. In the process, various plug-ins are configured in the standard solution and various interfaces to suppliers and service providers are implemented. PTA takes over the entire test and training management at system level and thus ensures the usability of the system and the feasibility of the rollout.
The introduction of the Business Central Platform requires not only the coordination and revision of business processes, but also the integration of third-party systems. These include supplier systems for incoming goods, service provider systems for inventory or waste management, but also internal DWH connections.
The introduction of the Business Central platform is intended to centralise the entire merchandise management and to handle purchasing, sales and inventory in a central data platform.
