SAP C/4HANA Sales is introduced for a company in the food industry. The cloud-based, mobile SAP application supports agricultural inspectors in their daily tasks such as visit planning and execution, order processing and harvest campaign planning. In addition, the C/4HANA Suite supports the inspectors and management with the necessary reporting data, which is presented in a dashboard for specific target groups.


In analysis workshops with the customer, PTA determines the technical requirements using user story descriptions and defines the corresponding solution project scope to map the customer-specific processes. In the implementation phase, the system environment is iteratively configured and customized and thus the business scenarios and process requirements are gradually built up and subsequently tested. In addition to the C/4HANA Sales Cloud solution, the components 'SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Extended App for Windows' for mobile use and "MS Outlook Add On for groupware integration" are used. The solution will be integrated into an On Premise Back End System. PTA supports the conception and testing of the interfaces.


The following requirements are defined and implemented: customer and contact management. Activity management (visits, telephone calls, appointments, calendar) in client-side integration with MS Outlook. Visit planning and visit reports. Order entry for seeds, fertilizers and pesticides. Surveys, reporting / statistics / dashboards. Support in the preparation and execution of harvest campaigns. Mobile use and offline functionality.
