The Nexovi Advisory Assistant is placed on the internal website of the central institution of an international bank. In doing so, specialist know-how is made available to the employees of the partner banks as a work facilitator for filling out a complex guarantee/ surety application for their end customers. The bank employee is consistently guided through the end customer's application by means of interactive video guidance. With the help of field validations and simultaneous guidance, the bank employee can generate a completed application 24/7/365 and is no longer dependent on additional support from the central institution's call centre. At the end of the counselling session, a dispatchable and editable form is provided in the form of a pdf document. The bank employee can then download it to print it out separately in the end customer's order, save it for the latter or transfer it to the central institution's processing procedure.
The NEXOVI counselling assistant is implemented as an Angular application with .Net Core Backend and allows the creation of customisable counselling processes. In the project, PTA GmbH takes over the project management and consulting around the NEXOVI Counselling Assistant. Furthermore, in coordination with the central institute, it creates a logically structured and turnkey script from a design point of view and is responsible for the implementation of the script in a counselling process with generated avatar videos.
The interactive digital video assistant is designed in such a way that the central institute can identify and advise the end customers of the partner institutions in a personalised manner at any time. Forwarding and routing to all channels - from hotline to chatbot - is also possible interactively, for example for enquiries and appointment coordination.
