Short description:

The task concerns the ongoing IT support of an intranet application for the planning of a power plant decommissioning. It includes minor optimizations and conceptions of technical further developments of the system in close coordination with the department concerned.

Supplement:

As an intranet system, the end-user application is currently based on .NET 4.8 and ASP MVC5 and is supported by complex database functionalities for reconciling the database with the upstream system Mesa4PC. Essential conceptual work concerns the preparation of a technical migration of the system to .NET 6 / ASP MVC Core. To validate the feasibility of technical approaches, various prototypes / proof of concepts are being worked on.

Technical description:

In addition to technical aspects of the planned application modernization, a plan is being drawn up for further functional development in order to realize further significant time savings in the evaluation of technical issues by application users.
