Extension of a knowledge management system for recording and managing existing employee skills and project experience, in order to support sales activities, team building, and an internal exchange of ideas and information. The application is accessed via Windows Terminal Server technology.


In addition, standard evaluations will be made available, which enable the sales department to generate employee profiles and project reference lists as PDF files to send them by e-mail to potential customers.

Technical description:

The practical experience gathered in projects can be stored in a sector-specific, department-specific, and IT-specific manner. The Knowledge Base thereby serves as a tool for marketing and for planning the deployment of employees.
