Creation of a knowledge management system for querying and storing employee skills and project experience. The Knowledge Base is used to support marketing activities, team building and internal knowledge transfer. The application is acessed via Windows Remote Desktop.
The core information object consists of projects to which functional and IT-specific features can be assigned using key words. The corresponding employee and customer data can also be recorded.
The objective is to support sales activities, where project reference lists and employee profiles can be created from the knowledge database. The database can also be used to search for experts and special expertise.
