As part of the project, it is ensured that the customer's address master data is valid at all times. The background is the automated integration of external service providers for the maintenance of the customer's measuring devices and the associated automation of processes for measuring point operation. The tasks in the project amount to the requirements analysis in cooperation with the specialist department, the conception of the system, its implementation and the training of the customer employees.
Methodically, work is carried out in four-week cycles according to customer standards. The technological know-how relates to the automation of processes, interface technologies and specific energy trading systems. The processing logic created by connecting an external service directly affects the customer's master data management and the associated planning of external fitters. The new processes are documented using Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word and Confluence and presented to users in comprehensive training. The adjustments to the individual software are made with .Net code and an SQL database.
By validating the address data, customer processes are optimized when commissioning external service providers. If an order is placed, it is ensured that the existing data can be attached to the order without being adapted. The requirements include the following aspects: conceptual design of the implementation, data mapping, development, testing and handover to the customer's IT.
