The aim of the project was to integrate a second ETRM implementation into the existing Endur instance. The tasks included analysis, design, sub-project management, coordination and advising the contact persons.
The second ETRM is an iOpt system at one of the customers sales subsidiaries, which is discontinued by the manufacturer. Instead of implementing a new parallel solution with all the follow-up costs, the customer decided to transfer the trades to the parent companys existing Endur system.
The goal was to avoid unnecessary costs by operating two ETRMs.
