Short description:

An existing cloud-native web application (single-page app, backend + BPM service) is migrated from a Cloudfoundry to a Kubernetes platform. In this context, the PaaS-specific implementations, configurations and CI/CD pipelines are replaced in favor of a purely container-based runtime environment.

Supplement:

Spring Boot is used on the backend for the runtime environment. An Activiti BPM is used for processes. In the future, the application will be operated on an AWS EKS (Kubernetes) platform.

The migration was necessary as the customers cloud-strategy had to be applied.
