An SAP R/2 system with the RK, RF and RA modules is migrated to a mySAP Retail system. The cost centers from the RK module are also migrated. Furthermore, the internal orders are created in the Retail system and the customizing is set up for controlling with existence validation. The item master data management and auditing of accounts are already in use in the Retail system.
The project is part of changing over a host-based system environment to mySAP.com. R/2 is one of the application systems to be migrated. A technical migration is carried out. Functional enhancements are introduced as part of the changeover for the electronic bank statement and for check printing only.
Accounting is aligned towards the needs of a commercial enterprise. In addition, member management is to be mapped for a cooperative. An add-on in R/2 for automatic posting of bank statements is replaced by standard mySAP functions.
