Short description:

New implementation of an administration interface for the purchasing system of a grocery chain.

Supplement:

The customer is modernizing its purchasing system, which is currently implemented on the basis of the 4GL legacy system Gupta. The existing modules are to be re-implemented in a microservice architecture based on Docker in an OpenShift environment with Java for the backend and Angular for the frontend. As a proof-of-concept for the viability of the development and target environment, the administration module will be re-implemented. The basic structure of the module will be created using the JHipster generator. A UI library developed by the customer is used to design the frontend.

Technical description:

The module is mainly used to maintain localized mask and message texts as well as user authorizations. It is possible to import data from the old legacy system.
