Conception and implementation of the processual and technical preconditions for the operation of a 3rd level support.
The customer develops software modules for energy network operators. These software modules are published under an open source licence. For these modules, the customer plans to offer 3rd level support for its customers, which is to be organised and coordinated by a maintenance dispatcher. The necessary procedural and technical prerequisites for this will be designed and set up by the PTA.
The maintenance dispatcher will receive support requests from customers with the help of the prerequisites to be created here. The maintenance dispatcher will assess these support requests and ensure that they are processed by a service provider commissioned for this purpose in compliance with agreed SLAs.
