The project organises the upkeep of a well established Customer-Relations-Management software of one of the world's largest insurance companies. The software provides functionality including sales support as well as customer data management and policy functions.
To ensure the maintenance and transition legacy to a modern software, PTA organises the operation and decommissioning of the legacy software. The PTA is covers the areas agile management, business analysis and programming. The programme is written in Object Pascal, and Delphi is used as the development environment. The project uses both Jira and Confluence to create and execute internal documentation as well as the execution of sprints.
The software, written in Object Pascal, uses a proprietary framework and help scripts written in C++. Since the use of a development environment is only possible to a limited extent, debugging is done via self-implemented logs.
