Support is to be provided for the process of prospective customers becoming actual customers. SAP data is to be synchronized with fields in MS Word documents. Sales personnel will be able to use Word functions to finely tune quotations to make them visually attractive. Editing can also take place decentrally at the customer's site. Quotations are to be managed using version management.
