The customer is planning the construction of new warehouses. As part of the planning phase, the processes are recorded and harmonised between two subsidiaries. In addition, the requirements for the new warehouses and technology suppliers are to be defined on the basis of the modelled processes.
PTA supports the process documentation in the context of weekly, all-day workshops at the customer's premises and is available to answer any questions. The project includes the introduction and setup of the Signavio Process Manager, in particular the definition of attributes and the development of a convention catalogue, training in BPMN 2.0 notation, the creation of a process map, support in modelling the processes and their quality assurance.
