Automated document creation for environmental reports on the basis of Word templates, controlled via an MS Access application.


A prototype with two variants of data preparation ensures that Word templates are filled with data. 1st variant: data is imported to Access via Word macros. 2nd variant: access to Word documents on the basis of OLE automation from Access Basic. The first variant is preferred.

Technical description:

Data entry forms for entering emission data need to be created in line with the current legal guidelines. The forms are implemented using a predetermined detailed specification.
