Technical description:

The sales and distribution information system consists of five interlocking submodules: internal and external electronic mail, an appointment calendar, a to-do list, document management, a customer product database and a module for processing, tracking and documenting business processes, such as quotations. The technical information system also includes e-mail, an appointment calendar, a to-do list and document management. It also manages production plants and aggregates, and tracks and documents internal and external test dates.
