With multi-channel activities, expansion, extension and modernization of the system landscape, a variety of challenges exist in the customer's SAP BW / Business Intelligence environment. PTA advises and supports the planning of modernization projects and the installation of best practices, implements new applications and assists with operation and support.
Data from a broad SAP and non-SAP conglomerate of systems ranging from SAP Retail to SAP CRM, SAP EWM, SAP Solution Manager, SAP CAR, Hybris, industry-specific POS software and checkout systems to country-specific proprietary systems are collected, consolidated and made available to frontends / consumers in a central SAP BW on HANA. PTA supports all steps occurring in the systems and the individual projects as required.
With the increasing diversification of processes and the associated rise in demand for reporting, dashboards, etc., the number of applications to be supported is growing by leaps and bounds. On the other hand, the technical diversity of the solutions is also increasing, leading to a greater need for a uniform approach.
