Supporting the further development, user assistance and hotline (HelpDesk application) for the SD, SM and MM modules used in the service department of a mechanical engineering company.


Supervising and advising users in the following processes: purchasing spare parts, selling machines, preparing quotations, processing orders, delivery, third-part order processing, invoicing, credit and memo procedures, servicing (notifications, orders, feedback, settlement), advance shipping, technician deployment, processing returns, processing cancellations.
