In addition to the technical update by importing the Support Packages, the respective specialist processes used - ITSM, change and test management - are checked for the latest changes and, if necessary, incorporated into the existing processes. In addition, authorization roles are adapted in order to use the respective functions. In addition to the existing standard processes in Solution Manager, Focused Build is configured for use in a S4HANA project.
SAP Solution Manager is an ALM tool with functions from the areas of incident management, change management, requirements management, test management, system, application and technical monitoring.
