Short description:

Requirements definition and software selection for city cleaning. The client wants to procure an information system to be used to manage the motor pool and, in particular, for shop-floor scheduling and the associated inventory management.


After the requirements definition is created, it sent out to potential providers as a requirements specification. Next a recommended decision is drawn up and presented on the basis of presentations by providers and reference visits.

Technical description:

The system provides support for internal and external repairs to city cleaning vehicles (workshop processing, replacement parts procurement) and for tracking inspection dates.
