Short description:

The customer uses the SpiraTeam tool and manages it on the customer's own servers. The manufacturer, Inflectra, only provides support in English. PTA is responsible for user support in German.

Supplement:

A ticket system is used for this. Users send their requests by e-mail to spira-support@pta.de. These reach the ticket system and are processed there by support employees. If necessary, Inflectra is contacted in order to solve the customer's problem.
