The customer has not updated its SpiraTeam for several years and is working with version 4.x. PTA supports the customer in updating to the latest version with regard to business and partly technical issues.
The update is initially performed step-by-step on an existing test environment in order to document the necessary steps for the productive environment. PTA helps with open questions regarding update strategy, new functions of the current version as well as their later use. Furthermore, support is provided during the installation or update of the software.
The customer uses SpiraTeam for a variety of projects to be able to document the test work.
