Short description:

Parallel to the development of new IT functionalities (electronic processing of invoices, data warehouse, data hub, multidimensional evaluation possibility and automated report distribution via email as well as electronic recording of orders in the branches), the associated systems are to be supported at the German branch of a global group operating in retail.


In order to be able to support the systems and to be able to act in a qualified manner in case of user questions, an in-depth knowledge of the IT functionalities used is necessary. Based on the built-in monitoring, the support should be provided.
