Support services are provided within the framework of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform provided on Azure. For this purpose, PTA provides a service organization based on ITIL 3.
The support services include the administration of two Model Driven Apps developed for the customer, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Azure Web Jobs. Furthermore, the following services are included: setting up users, securing the interface functionalities, securing the application functionalities and defining and handling the access and role authorizations of the respective applications. The general conditions for support and response times and other service contents are regulated in a support agreement.
