The current legislation gives the responsibility in a company for regularly inspecting fire-fighting equipment, fire alarms, and electrical devices, for example, to the company management. In practice, that means that the maintenance intervals have no fixed definition, but rather are the responsibility of the company. In the event of damage, the regular inspection of systems subject to inspection must be demonstrated or maintenance intervals must be established.
