The risk management system that was designed as a data warehouse is enhanced to include an additional reporting function. This can be used to output transaction balance reports that offer a series of options for displaying the existing credit risk of specific mortgages. The reporting function is mainly used for controlling by higher-level organizational units. One core aspect of the investigation, besides presenting the data at the organizational level, is to take into account changing responsibilities at the level of individual customers. The reports are always based on month closing dates and they are always displayed by quarter.
