Contract management

Contract management, also known as contract management, includes the supervision of contractual negotiations between the client and the contractor, the implementation of contracts and the making of contract amendments for technical, scheduling, personnel or financial reasons (see Wkipedia). It often forms a focal point in our projects in energy trading.
