Brief description
Conversion and extension of a runtime library for access to binary administration data for chemical analyses using a current development environment.
Supplement
The runtime library for accessing the binary administration data has been developed under Borland C++ 5.0. The sources are included in a C++ project under Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and revised to use modern functions of the C++ runtime environment.
Subject description
The runtime library is used for the preparation of an annual plan for the chemical analyses to be carried out in a power plant. A set of rules is used in which public holidays and maintenance periods are taken into account. The resulting annual analysis plan is used to search for analyses that have been carried out or have not yet been carried out and to transfer analysis results to a database.
