Coordination of the upgrade to Visual Studio 2008

Brief description
In an insurance company the development tools have to be harmonized. The tasks of this project involve the coordination and support of the upgrade activities.
Supplement
The customer uses different MS programming languages like C, C++, C# with different versions and VC6, VS .NET and VS 2005. The number of different versions has to be reduced and the deployment has to be simplyfied by using Visual Studio 2008. The libraries used like Boost, Xerces, Xalan and log4cpp have to be integrated with new versions.
Subject description
The different versions of the development environment Visual Studio lead to high deployment efforts and high license cost. The advantages of an upgrade are presented to the technical and functional contact persons.
