Brief description
Creation of an end-to-end specification for the implementation of stock-exchange-traded and OTC-traded oil options for a utility company and mapping these in Endur energy trading software from OpenLink that is used throughout the group.
Supplement
The project entails a Business Process Modeling as well as creation of use cases and business blueprints for the most important functions, as well as documentation of the prototype from the blueprint phase in an implementation guide.
Subject description
The customer wishes to add oil options to its existing portfolio and add them to its Endur system as additional product variants. To enable this, an analysis is performed to determine which business processes need to be adjusted and how Endur must be configured in order to correctly reflect the different business processes in terms of cash flows, risk evaluation, option exercise, margining and option settlement.
