Brief description
In the context of microbiological analysis of antibiotic resistances, support is provided for processing of the underlying raw data in antibiogram reports.
Supplement
In the first step, PTA analyzes which data need to be present to create an antibiogram report in the XML raw data that is to be provided. Next, the data provided in this way are created by generating XSTL style sheets using the FO-XSL enhancement and the data are then converted into PDF reports by Apache FOP.
