Gas assets migration

Brief description
Specification, customizing and testing the migration of gas trade deals and contracts from a country-specific system to Endur.
Supplement
The aim of the project is to migrate all of a regional company’s gas transactions to the existing system architecture of the standard Endur software in order to standardize the system landscape. The individual transactions are analyzed, classified, and iteratively transferred to the Endur system, after it has been adjusted.
Subject description
The customer’s aim is to align gas trading processes throughout the group and to concentrate on a single trading platform. By reducing complexity thanks to consolidated and faster reporting, it is easier to identify and control trading risks. Additionally, the project eliminates risks arising from interdependencies and bottlenecks in the HR area.
