Product definition for developing a coagulation measuring device
Brief description
The project has the objective of redeveloping a high-throughput fully automated machine for measuring blood coagulation. Compiling and creating the technical requirements and consulting on the product requirements, as well as process organization and risk management.

Requirements are described in Enterprise Architect, in accordance with the customer's wishes, and are managed in the Application Lifecycle Management Tool from HP. The requirements are synchronized according to TFS for software development. The project operates within a highly regulated environment.
Subject description
Product and technical requirements are developed within the scope of workshops with stakeholders from business, equipment development, reagent development, software development and customer service. The technical requirements are prepared and documented accordingly.
